Currently as all RJ jewelry is made to order and needs to be customized for each customer we do not provide exchanges or returns.

We allow customers to change their minds 24 hours after the order has been placed. If you have any doubts or would like to cancel your order please e-mail rita@ritajewels.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
